Kick to Handstand using the Bungee Blocks

Purpose: By creating a free standing wall out of the Bungee Blocks you eliminate the fear issues many young athletes have. This is a soft surface that can be placed anywhere in your gym. The angle also creates an easier place for beginners to hold the handstand.

Set up: Place 2 Bungee Blocks up against each other at whatever angle you choose. They can be tied together and are very stable.
