Front Handspring on Tumbl Trak with the Bungee Block

Purpose: Using the Tumbl Trak to train front handsprings allows the athlete to do multiple repetitions of this skill. Adding the Bungee Block will help to increase the length of the skill and help aid in the block needed off the floor.

Set up: Tumbl Trak with the Bungee Block place length wise on top.
