Purpose: To demonstrate the effectiveness of the Bungee Ramp as a takeoff platform. Standing backs and fulls are a must in anyone's plan, but some have a harder time than others. By using the Bungee Ramp you can instill the confidence needed to perform this skill.

Set up: Bungee Ramp placed at the edge of the pit.
