Purpose: Kurt Thomas uses plyometrics to build strength in the legs of his athletes. Here they are using differing size shapes and punch surfaces to jump over and finally ending with a front salto. This type of workout is extremely difficult even though this athlete makes it look easy.
Set up: Here we used the Jr. Sweet Spot, Sweet Spot, Launch Pad, Octagons, and air barrel (in development) along with developmental shapes of varying sizes to place as obstacles finally landing on a sting mat.
