Purpose: To develop Yurchenko preflight on a soft surface. Start with a very easy setup so that the athlete is successful and not afraid. You can always make the station higher and harder later. Can they perform a round off to an uphill back handspring on their own?
Set up: Place a Sweet Spot on the floor for hand placement. Place the Bungee Ramp on the floor for feet placement and take off. Use a stack of Bungee Blocks as the "table" and but that up to a pile of mats, you could use an Air Trak with Practice Mats placed on top.
