Round Off Snap Through off the Bungee Block

Purpose: The round off snap through drill is important for the Tsukahara vault. It is that quick response off the hands necessary to complete the vault. Using the Bungee Block you can train this quick response before you take it to the vault table.

Set up: Bungee Block placed in front of a Pit Pillow topped with a Teddy Bear Mat.
