Vault Running on the Air Floor

Purpose: We used the 10 foot section of Air Floor to create a runway for vaulting. The results were great. The Air floor encourages the athlete to stretch out her steps, which increases speed and results in a more powerful vault. In the video this is a beginning level 4/5 vaulting for the first time over the table. The Air Floor also lessens the impact on the heels for those experiencing heel pains.
