Bungee Bar Wall practice for the Uphill

Purpose: Using the numbers on the Bungee Mat as a guide allows the gymnast to see how much higher she needs to be to catch the high bar on the uphill. Having the mat in also makes learning this skill fun and safe.

Set up: Place a Bungee Mat upright between the uneven parallel bars.
