Purpose: This drill is to develop a Cast Handstand. Start with reverse grip, and eventually they can use a forward grip, as well. If students can cast over a bar, without a squat or straddle on, they will have more confidence and control to lean over the bar enough to eventually cast to a handstand. A bent/shortened body position is ok, in early learning phases.
Set up: Any low bar with plenty of matting underneath.
