Purpose: This drill, done with the Air Barrel and the Bungee Incline will help the young athlete figure out how to push down on the bar and shift their hands while doing the handstand and preparing for circling skills.
Set up: Place a floor bar on the floor, this one is secured to carpet foam with Velcro, between a Bungee Incline and an Air Barrel. Due to the bouncy nature of the Bungee Products the handstand is easily achieved.
