Bounce Handstand over the Jr. Kip Bar using the Bungee Block

Purpose: Learning to cast on the bar can be a scary thought for some young athletes. This set up allows the gymnast to bounce up and over the bar using the Bungee Block and a Pit Pillow to land on. When they learn how to get up and over the bar the cast will be more likely to achieve desired height.

Set up: Bungee block placed under the Jr. Kip Bar with a Pit Pillow placed for a soft landing area.
