Air Barrel and Floor Bar Handstand Training

Purpose: With the cast handstand requirements changing this drill will become ever more important for the begining level 7 gymnasts. Shaping is so important for any handstand this drill really helps the gymnast feel the shapes.

Set up: Air Barrel, Floor Bar with either a bungee cast trainer or a bouncy mat on the other side.
