Purpose: To help with the arm pull at the end of the kip. Students can start in a support on the bar and punch or cast back to bounce off their bottoms and try to pull back up to a support.
Set up: Jr. Kip Bar and an exercise ball placed under the bar. You can stabilize the ball by putting it between 2 panel mats. Or you can place the Bungee Ramp on a Base Block to accomplish the same effect.
